Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies specifically to auto-booked Risk Assessment and Inspection appointments. The assessment fee is charged in full at the time of booking to secure the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable. If WCCD must cancel or reschedule the appointment for any reason, the client may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Where stated, the assessment fee may be credited toward approved work if the client chooses to proceed under a separate written agreement.
