Eligibility is determined exclusively by IBHS and depends on property-specific factors such as lot configuration, topography, ..., and compliance with applicable program requirements. West Coast Construction & Development (WCCD) is not affiliated with, certified by, or authorized to grant IBHS designations. This Wildfire Risk Assessment is a limited, non-invasive evaluation performed by West Coast Construction & Development (“WCCD”) for informational purposes only, based on visual observation of conditions that were visible and reasonably accessible at the time of the site visit. Observations documented in this report are limited to the structure and the immediate area within approximately five (5) feet of the structure. Vegetation, landscaping, and defensible-space evaluation are not included in this assessment.

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies specifically to auto-booked Risk Assessment and Inspection appointments. The assessment fee is charged in full at the time of booking to secure the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable. If WCCD must cancel or reschedule the appointment for any reason, the client may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Where stated, the assessment fee may be credited toward approved work if the client chooses to proceed under a separate written agreement.
