Service Description
A licensed WCCD inspector verifies that your completed seismic retrofit meets CEA DRV requirements 🔸 Independent post-retrofit inspection for EBB and ESS verification. Scope includes review of foundation bolting, cripple-wall bracing, and soft-story elements. 🔸 Includes Documentation prepared for CEA DRV submission. 🛠️ Licensed General Contractor (CSLB #1135622) • EPA Lead-Safe Certified (RRP NAT-F312604-1) ⚠️ DISCLAIMER Final acceptance and eligibility for CEA recognition is determined solely by the California Earthquake Authority.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to auto-booked Risk Assessment and Inspection appointments only. The assessment fee is charged in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. If WCCD cancels or reschedules the appointment, the client may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Where stated, 50% of the assessment fee may be credited toward approved work if the client proceeds under a separate written agreement.
